These pricing examples that we have generated, are done so using the average cost that we have charged for a general property size locally. This is to provide you with a good indication of how much we would charge to relocate your home or business within our local demographic area. These prices are worked out on an hourly rate basis using one, 2 or 3 man team and one van. We can offer multiple vehicles to get relocations done even quicker, please contact us regarding this.
For a national relocations we would require details such as both property locations and detailed list of the items to be relocated. This would enable us to establish what vehicle or vehicles, and what staff would be required to complete the job. Please contact us to discuss this. Our minimum national move charge is £300.
We offer both a 2-man team and a 3-man team on an hourly basis. Our rate changes when the job goes out of our local demographic area. We also have a separate reduced hourly rate for instances where our staff have arrived to complete a job and they have to wait around due to reasons not caused by them. This is for such instances as key waiting times and load/unload unforeseen delays.
Our local demographic area is all Hull postcode areas starting with HU, also the DN18 postcode area. All these postcode areas will be charged our local rate. Anything out of this area falls under our national rate pricing. A job can have a combination of both local and national rates if loading or unloading is completed in the local rate demographic area.
Waste disposal prices can vary depending on the extent of the job and the type of materials that form the waste clearance. We work out our pricing waste weight and material type, labour charge and disposal service.
